Medical Students
Medical students are hosted in General Practice throughout their time at Medical School. During your clinical years you'll have placements in General Practice and other Community sites. These rotations are fantastic opportunities to learn and develop key skills, whilst being part of a team providing patient centred care in the community. You'll explore a wide range of skills, in particular communication skills, understanding comorbidity and polypharmacy, understanding the importance of continuity, alongside how to work effectively within an MDT. We hope you find the placement interesting and fulfilling.
