About the Network
The Youth Network supports NHS Lothian staff to be the voice for young employees in the organisation, and be at the forefront of our drive to create a visionary culture for our young staff.
The network is primarily aimed at NHS Lothian staff under 35. Still, we have no fixed age limit and welcome anyone with a positive interest in our ambitions.
We seek to create opportunities to make new connections and participate in events. Members can also be part of the Youth Network Action Group, which helps organise and progress the network's goals. The Workforce Development Team offers support, mentoring, and leadership skills development opportunities…… and have some fun!

Tuesday 16 July, 12.30-13.30 on Teams - Become a Mentor this Autumn! We will talk about all things Mentoring at this meeting and hear about different ways to become a mentor.
Thursday 12 September, 12.30-13.30 on Teams - Winter Wellness Preparation – how to start good habits now to sustain throughout the winter months
