GMC Survey results: helping us improve training and impact patient safety
GMC National Training Survey
The GMC survey gives all our doctors in training an opportunity to feedback to the GMC information about their training in NHS Lothian. We listen to the results and they make an impact on future improvements to training.
Colour coding
Red and green colour coding is used to highlight results that are significantly above or below the average to help identify areas for investigation.
Confidentiality
Responses remain confidential and are only published in aggregate form. When there are fewer than 3 respondents, no results are published.
Patient safety
In the case of patient safety concerns, your identity may be revealed in order to fully investigate and address any issues.
Bullying
Concerns about bullying/undermining will be shared with the deanery for investigation, but your identity will not be revealed without your permission.
