In July 2020 we sent a survey to our doctors-in-training in Lothian asking how they feel they have coped through the COVID-19 experience.

We received 153 completed responses. 86% of trainees felt valued by their departments, with plenty of different ways that trainees felt supported by MED and other initiatives in the NHS.
