Gastrointestinal Medicine RIE
Welcome to your 10 week placement in Gastroenterology. During this placement you will join ward rounds with teaching, take histories and examine ward patients, observe paracentesis, endoscopies, attend outpatient clinics, attend multidisciplinary radiology meetings and bedside teaching. This will mainly be on ward 205.
First day arrangements (RIE)
Report to Prof Peter Hayes at 9am outside ward 205, RIE.
He will be there to meet you and settle you in the first day.
