Mentoring for Doctors in Training

Doctors in Training require advice and support at different times during their careers. Peer mentoring can provide careers advice, exam preparation, well-being support, professional networking and much more! Providing mentorship can help develop and demonstrate leadership and decision-making skills and can provide insight into your own development needs.

Doctors in Training wishing to be matched with a mentor or develop their skills as a mentor (or sign up as both!) can access the application form by clicking on the icon at the bottom of this page. We provide matching after attendance at one of our training webinars or after confirmation of watching the video material on our website.

We are very keen to hear from you if you have any queries or suggestions how we can make the peer mentoring programme better for you - our email address is at the bottom of the page, and you can join our Lothian Peer Mentoring Programme Teams channel for current updates.
