‘How Medical Students Can Help on Clinical Attachments’ Poster – This poster outlines the level of supervision medical students in years 4, 5 and 6 require for a range of skills they may perform on placement.
·Quick guides to what to expect of Y4 and Y6 students, what they need to learn and what they need to achieve on placement
A template sign-off sheet for students to tick off as they achieve their outcomes for placement. This can be edited for use in your own clinical area.

A template poster outlining the learning opportunities available on a ward. This can be adapted for your clinical area.
Ten interactive long cases for self-directed learning on common general and acute medical conditions that have been designed for medical students to work through while on clinical placement. A disclaimer that medicine evolves rapidly, and although the principles within these cases will remain valid, they may not contain the most up to date guidelines and protocols. The most up to date guidance should be accessed via your local intranet site.
