Hospital at Night

Hospital At Night is a multidisciplinary team based approach to providing safe and effective patient centred care to our patients overnight. The team is made up of Senior Nurse Practitioners (SNP), Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) and medical staff.

  • 1 SNP/ANP (Co-ordinator)

  • 1 or 2 SNP/ANPs

The Hospital At Night Office is located in the X-ray corridor on the ground floor.

We don't cover

  • A&E

  • Obs & Gynae

  • Neonates

  • Ward 118 (Intensive Care Unit)

  • Theatres and Anaesthetics

The senior decision makers do provide clinical support for the medical and surgical admissions units which both have their own junior medical staff.
