As an interim measure, the Medical Education Directorate (MED), is facilitating the administration of elective placements for visiting students within NHS Lothian IF they comply with the minimum requirements listed below.

English language guidance: Student visa : Knowledge of English - GOV.UK
Disclosure Scotland: Apply for a Level 1 disclosure - mygov.scot
Application Form: NHS Lothian Elective Application – Fill out form
